LL.M. in Data Privacy and Cyber Law

LL.M. in Data Privacy and Cyber Law is a specialized master's degree programme that focuses on the legal aspects of data privacy and cybersecurity. It provides a comprehensive understanding of the laws, regulations, and best practices surrounding the protection and regulation of personal data, along with competency in dealing with cyber-attacks and information security.

The programme details international data protection law, enabling exposure to European GDPR, California’s CCPA, Singapore’s PDPA etc. The program covers topics such as data protection laws, cybercrime, internet law, and data governance. Every participant gets to specialize in a niche subject-area.

 

LL.M. in Technology Law

LL.M. in Technology Law is a specialized master's degree programme that focuses on the legal issues related to technology and innovation. It provides students with a comprehensive understanding of the laws, regulations, and best practices surrounding the development, use, and regulation of technology. Eligibility Criteria & Admission Process

Eligibility Criteria:

LL.B or equivalent degree in law examination with a minimum of 50% marks. Students will be selected based on personal interview conducted by a panel comprised of faculty/experts.

Candidates pursuing final year undergraduate course in the academic year 2022-2023 will also be eligible for submitting applications for Postgraduate Programs. 

Admission Process: 

Admissions to the LL.M. Program will be granted through submission of an application, followed by a personal interview.
