Clinical and Diagnostic Virology
About the course: This one-month training program is scheduled twice a year (February and September) for M.D Microbiology students from medical colleges across the country. The training is intended to provide knowledge to the participants on the clinical syndromic approach used towards the diagnosis of viral infections, the rationale of testing and the interpretation of the results. The course offers a demonstration of several common and advanced methods for the diagnosis of viral infections. Participants will also have exposure to research in clinical virology.
Who can apply: MD Clinical Microbiology trainees
How to apply: The number of participants is limited to 15. Please send a request letter for enrollment from the head of the institution to the MIV office by e-mail.
